Magic Cookie — Child Safety Standards

1. Zero tolerance

Magic Cookie and Miracle Mirka maintain zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM). This applies to every use of Magic Cookie, including AI chat, reports and any future messaging or community feature.

2. Prohibited conduct

Users must not create, request, upload, store, share, promote or facilitate CSAM; groom or solicit a child; sexualize, threaten, coerce, traffic or exploit a minor; use messages to arrange abusive contact; encourage self-produced sexual material from a minor; or use fictional, role-play, fortune or AI contexts to evade these rules.

3. How to report

In the current internal-test app, an authenticated user can open the report control, choose Safety concern, add details and submit. Reports are written to the Magic Cookie backend with the reporter's Firebase user ID and limited relevant context. Anyone can also email echoyouapp@gmail.com with the subject “Magic Cookie child safety report”. Do not email illegal imagery, passwords, tokens or payment information. Provide only the minimum details needed to identify the account, message or incident.

4. Review and action

Reports must be assessed according to urgency and applicable law. When a report is confirmed, available measures may include preserving necessary evidence, restricting or terminating the responsible account, removing access to prohibited content where the operator controls it, and preventing repeated abuse. The current release does not claim automated detection, continuous human monitoring or a guaranteed review time.

5. CSAM and authorities

Suspected CSAM must not be redistributed or unnecessarily copied. The operator will preserve and disclose information, restrict access and report to competent authorities or legally designated reporting bodies where required by applicable law. Requests from law enforcement are handled through the safety contact below and must include appropriate legal authority.

7. Current limitations and planned safeguards

Magic Cookie currently has an authenticated general/safety report submission endpoint, but no automated CSAE/CSAM detection, user-to-user messaging, public content feed, dedicated moderator console, confirmed reviewer-notification pipeline or published enforcement SLA. These features are not represented as active. Before public release, Miracle Mirka must establish a documented report-review and escalation workflow, reviewer notifications, access controls, evidence handling, enforcement records and periodic policy review.
