Magic Cookie — Terms of Service

1. Provider and scope

Magic Cookie is provided under the Miracle Mirka developer brand by Myroslava Morozova, Ukrainian individual entrepreneur (FOP), 24 Zolotoho Leva St., Birky, Yavorivskyi District, Lviv Oblast, Ukraine. Contact: echoyouapp@gmail.com. These Terms govern Magic Cookie (com.funnyapps.magiccookie). The Privacy Policy explains data processing.

2. Service

Magic Cookie is an entertainment app featuring Kuki, a virtual fortune-cookie companion. The current internal-test build includes fortunes, AI conversation, local chat history and memory controls, care, rooms, customization, miniCookies, virtual food and clothing, reports and an optional floating Android character. Availability may vary by version, device and region. Features identified as planned are not guaranteed on a particular date.

3. Accounts and eligibility

You must meet the minimum age shown for Magic Cookie in its applicable store listing and any higher age required by local law. The final Google Play target-audience and minimum-age setting must be confirmed before public release. Keep account access secure and do not impersonate another person. Guest progress may be lost when app data is cleared, the app is uninstalled or a device is changed.

4. Fortunes and AI

Fortunes are fictional entertainment and reflection prompts; they do not predict or guarantee events. AI replies and memories are generated automatically and may be wrong, incomplete or unsuitable. Kuki is a fictional character, not a person or professional adviser. Do not rely on the service for medical, legal, financial, safety or emergency decisions.

5. Acceptable use and child safety

You must not use Magic Cookie to break the law, harass or exploit others, violate privacy or intellectual-property rights, bypass security or purchase controls, manipulate rewards, distribute malware, or interfere with the service.

Magic Cookie has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, sexualization or exploitation of minors, solicitation of a minor, or use of messages or AI features to facilitate such conduct. Violations may lead to content preservation or removal, account restriction or termination, and reports to competent authorities where required by applicable law. 6. Your content

You retain rights you have in content you submit and give us permission to process it only as needed to provide, secure and support the service as described in the Privacy Policy. You must have the right to submit that content and must not provide another person's personal data without a lawful basis.

7. miniCookies and virtual items

miniCookies, food, outfits and other virtual items are licensed for use inside Magic Cookie. They are not money, do not represent real-world assets and cannot be exchanged for cash. The current build awards and spends miniCookies within the app and does not include Google Play Billing or subscriptions. If real-money purchases or rewarded ads are added, price, conditions and relevant policies will be shown before use and these Terms will be updated.

8. Floating character

The optional floating Kuki feature requires Android special permissions, may not work on every device and can be disabled in the app or Android settings.

9. Intellectual property

The app, original character artwork, stories, branding, software and interfaces belong to the operator or licensors. You receive a limited, revocable right to use the service personally under these Terms. Legal exceptions and mandatory rights remain unaffected.

10. Availability and changes

We may maintain, correct, change or discontinue features, while respecting mandatory rights relating to paid digital content. Provider outages, network access and device limitations may affect availability. Continuous error-free operation is not guaranteed.

11. Account deletion and enforcement

You may request deletion from the account profile or at Account and Data Deletion. The authenticated deletion action removes the Firebase Authentication account and linked Magic Cookie backend records. We may restrict access for serious or repeated violations, where reasonably necessary to protect users or comply with law.

12. Liability and consumer rights

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for decisions made by treating fictional fortunes or AI replies as verified professional advice.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, while consumers retain mandatory protections and access to competent courts under the law of their country of habitual residence.
